Locked-N-Elite is not, as its name may suggest, in search of elite athletes. Locked-N-Elite serves as a community pillar to help children and young adults become their best selves—helping these young competitors lock n on what is elite about each of them.

The goal of LNE is to get kids out of their own way. We are locked in on our athletes as much as we want them locked in on themselves. Aside from day-to-day basketball training of basic and advanced skills to hone our kids’ competitiveness on the court, we also:

•  Compete in regional and national tournaments—and even international circuits such as the Euro Basketball Cup in Blanes, Spain back in 2022.

• We seek out college opportunities for our kids, from basic admittance, financial, studies and graduation information, to setting up college visits with admissions, coaches, current and former program athletes, to finding and encouraging attendance at college fairs.

• Build relationships with adult professionals in fields from law to education to medicine in order to provide role models and mentors for our kids outside of sports.

• Find bigger name training and recruiting camps and facilitate opportunities for our kids to attend or be considered for attending.

Locked-N-Elite is about coaching—about life through basketball and competition. Our goal is to get kids out of their own way by understanding that they do not have to be the highest recruit or immediately a part of the biggest programs today in order to elicit their most elite capabilities. That is why we provide the options above, and emphasize not necessarily traditional college opportunities like HBCUs. Giving kids options to find themselves as the people they want to be is our task.

We look for funding to have continual access to better gyms and equipment, travel opportunities, and subsidies for our training and competitions. With reputable financial partners, we hope to make our kids as best as they can be with:

• Better uniforms and travel/competition accessories (e.g., backpacks, socks, team shoes)

• Travel funds to eat as a team, stay in the same lodging accommodations, and plane and bus fare.

• Tournament costs for entry into more competitive events with better exposure for our athletes.

The ultimate end of Locked-N-Elite is to develop our youth through basketball training and exposure that they would not ordinarily have access to for reasonable costs, or through life development for a chance to become adults they are proud to be and contribute to society.
